#3: People Referencing Me


I have had many musical references to me. For example the metal band "Amentet" is named after me.(They do a pretty sick job if I do say so myself).
Also, because my name is also the name of the underworld itself, the song "Horn of Amentet", written by Diablery, is also about me. I am not as impressed with this song as much as I am with songs from "Amentet" but it's not bad. It's just not as heavy as I would like it to be.

More metal music, yay!! I'm also mentioned in the song "The Chaining of Iniquitous" by the band Nile. Apparently metal-heads just have a thing for me. :)

While I have had many song references, I have also had pieces of art made after me. For example, http://www.redbubble.com/people/aakheperure/works/7779646-hathor-lady-of-amentet?p=art-print is a piece of work titled "Hathor, Lady of Amentet". And on this site, a lovely drawing of me has been made.

    That's really cool that you have musicians and bands named after you, is that just random or do you have close ties with music as a god.
